On October 22, 2009, Windows 7 will be released for purchase. PRG’s position right now is that we do not expect any problems running our software in a Windows 7 environment. However, PRG does not yet officially support Windows 7. After we finish testing on the OEM Windows 7 release, we will make a final statement regarding software compatibility. Under the EU mandate Microsoft can no longer have Internet Explorer pre- installed on new computers. PRG software users must install Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater before installing any PRG software program.

Paulin Research announces the release of new software versions. PRG2009 includes FEPipe 5.0, NozzlePRO 7.5, FE661, FEBend, FE107, FESIF and PCL-Gold. PCL-Gold is the first pipe stress program to automatically run a finite element analysis for local intersections.
