2551 Fatal
Error
This error generally is a result of running an outdated version
of the software. This may happen when installing from a CD. (As opposed to
downloading the full release from our website.) The program version is listed
under the Help -> About screens on the Main Menu.
To access the download page, you must setup a membership
account. Your account is not tied to your License Number or software

Service Release Update for PRG 2007 Release
Installation program that updates the full release of PRG software. This
corrects several issues reported on the original release including the Error
2551 issue reported by many customers.
Simply download and install this file. It will automatically
update you to the latest version of the software. (I would recommend running
the latest version whether you are experiencing the error or not) This should
fix the 2551 error.
